Black River Manor

Black River Manor is a beautiful 80-acre property overlooking the serene Black River which flows into Lake Michigan at the South Haven resort.

13 Amish built vacation cabins are ready for rental use. Cabins are also available for fractional use over a 10-year period. Additional facilities include a huge greenhouse that can accommodate large gatherings / family reunions, a barn that boxing champ Joe Louis used for workouts, a Chapel for religious use, a chicken coop for fresh eggs, 5 acres of blueberry bushes, storage for games, kayaks and bikes, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 professional size sand beach volleyball courts, and 4 wooded hiking trails. Nearby is the Kal-Haven trail that connects South Haven with Kalamazoo. Coming in the summer of 2025 we will offer a Regenerative Health Spa treating the body, mind and spirit. This includes a sauna, cold plunge, salt-water float tanks, red light therapy, and massage tables.
